3. Shipping Fee Information

4. Eligibility for Returns
Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:
- The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The customer requests a return of a new and unused item within the policy window for a non-defective return
- Damage, defect, or incorrect-item issues are reported within 48 hours of delivery
- The item is shipped back within 30 days of delivery and within any timeframe stated in the return authorization instructions
- The item is unused, not installed, not assembled, not modified, and includes all original packaging, parts, hardware, manuals, accessories, and documentation
Items that have been used, installed, modified, assembled, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging or required components are not eligible for return unless the item is confirmed defective on arrival and the issue was reported within the required timeframe.
5. Reporting Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

6. Return Authorization Process

7. Return Shipping and Fees
Non-defective returns: If you are returning an item that is not defective, damaged, or incorrect, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: If your return is approved due to a confirmed defect, damage on arrival, or an incorrect item shipped, we will provide return instructions and cover return shipping via a prepaid label or arranged pickup when applicable.
Restocking Fee for non-defective returns: Approved non-defective returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee based on the product price. This amount will be deducted from your refund total.
If you send an item back using a shipping method, carrier, warehouse address, or return process that was not approved by us, we may not reimburse return shipping costs and the return may be delayed, refused, or returned to the sender.
8. Refunds and Replacements

- If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after inspection approval.

10. Non-Returnable Items
