1. Introduction
Backyard Living Depot is a brand owned and operated by DG70X LLC. Backyard Living Depot operates as an online marketplace for outdoor living products. Orders are fulfilled through a network of third-party supplier, warehouse, fulfillment, and logistics partners. Products are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners to the delivery address provided at checkout.

- Shipping cost: Free shipping on orders over $100; orders $100 or less have a $60 shipping fee
2. Shipping Destinations
Continental United States
- We currently ship only to addresses within the continental United States.
- We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international addresses.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes that cannot accept carrier, parcel, or freight delivery.

3. Shipping Costs
- Orders over $100: Free Standard Shipping within the continental United States
- Orders $100 or less: $60 Standard Shipping fee within the continental United States
All shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. There are no hidden shipping fees from us. Local taxes may apply where required by law.
4. Order Cutoff, Handling, and Delivery Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST on a business day are generally submitted for processing the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST, or on weekends or holidays, are generally submitted for processing on the next business day.
Handling time is typically 1 to 2 business days. This is the time needed to review, process, and prepare the order for shipment through our supplier, warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics partners.
Transit time is typically 2 to 7 business days after the order ships, depending on the product, carrier, warehouse location, destination, and delivery requirements.
Estimated total delivery time is typically 3 to 9 business days from the time your order is accepted for processing. This estimate includes both handling time and carrier transit time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
If an item requires additional processing time, freight scheduling, supplier confirmation, or special delivery coordination, the product page or our support team may provide a different estimate. Any product-specific timing shown on the product page will override the general timing above.
5. Shipping Methods and Carriers
Orders ship via trusted carriers based on destination, package size, product type, and fulfillment partner. We may use USPS, UPS, FedEx, freight carriers, or similar services.
Shipment tracking
Tracking is provided whenever available. You will receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. For some freight deliveries, tracking updates may be limited until the carrier schedules delivery.
Insurance and damage protection
Shipments may be insured against loss or damage depending on the carrier, service level, and product type. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within the timeframes below and we will help start the appropriate carrier claim or resolution process.
6. Order Tracking
After your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number, when available, and a link to follow delivery updates.
7. Delivery Issues
Delayed or lost packages
If your delivery exceeds the estimated 3 to 9 business day window, contact us at support@backyardlivingdepot.com or call 1-409-302-4688.
Marked delivered but not received
- Confirm your shipping address on the order confirmation email.
- Check with neighbors, building management, or your local carrier office.
- Contact us so we can assist with a trace or claim when applicable.
Damaged packages
- Photograph the packaging and the item as received.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@backyardlivingdepot.com.
We will review the information and arrange a replacement, refund, or other resolution as appropriate.
8. Missing Items
If something is missing from your package, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and the missing item details. We will investigate and, if confirmed, send the missing item or issue a refund as appropriate.
9. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy. Please review it for eligibility requirements, timeframes, and instructions.
- Return shipping: Customer pays return shipping unless the item is confirmed defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect.
- Refund timing: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after return inspection approval. Banks may take additional time to post the refund.
10. Address Accuracy
Please enter your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for deliveries to addresses entered incorrectly.
If a package is returned due to an address issue, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment fees may apply.
